It isn’t all you though, if you add to the complex dynamics behind talking money & finances, value & recognition - highly subjective notions and may be a heavily male - dominated environment, you have basically got yourself a perfect storm.

That’s right, it is a power formula of tools garnered across multiple disciplines. The good news is you don’t have to run around trying to acquire all of that, I’ve already done and tested it for you.

When I say I’ve built and tested my Power Toolkit, here is what it means
It wasn’t always sunshine and roses, I too have had my share of ‘horrible bosses’, and in my younger days there were definitely times I felt I should have stood up for myself, negotiated better – but I didn’t know how.
When I say I’ve tested my toolkit, here is what it means: in my recent past I’ve negotiated my salary and remuneration higher than my peers, consistently closed consulting engagements and deals over $1million for the firms I worked with, brought global banks to the table to find a financing solution for one of my startups (I don’t have a finance background), advised startups and business owners on business strategy, scaling internationally and growth. I also advised board members of large global media company, coached several inspiring female executives to greater and more fulfilling roles, along with writing their speeches, PR material and coaching their public appearances, TED talks and so on.
I want to be able to do this consistently for more than just a handful of people who can afford me, and hence I created Women, Ask for More.

‘Each time a woman stands up for herself, she stands up for all women’.
Putting this out there for us all. Asking for More of whatever you need, want, desire is not something you do as a solitary mission for yourself, alone as one woman.
You lift us all when you go back in to ASK and negotiate for what you should have received. You lift up a community.
